Formmail Generator is likely a good tool but it's license doesn't say anything about adaption or redistribution - so it's not Free Open Source Software and we cannot just use it.
Furthermore it would be more than a few lines of PHP to make it a Typesetter plugin. On the other hand, implementation of a PRG pattern into the existing Contact Form or other available Form plugins shouldn't be too complicated. It's just not the type of programming I frequently do, so I cannot simply post a quick solution here. But let's put it on the ToDo list.
But one could use it stand-alone along with Typesetter, embedded as an iframe into your Typesetter website.
We cannot simply make a Typesetter plugin out of Formmail Generator, it's license says nothing about adaptability or redistribution, but only about required attribution. So it's not Free Open Source Software. And, even if it was, it would be quite a bit more than adding a few lines of PHP. But it seems to be a good tool. You can always run it along with Typesetter and include it via iframe into your Typesetter website.
I have waited for some concret "solutions" here, maybe from the programmer, too.
Now a lot of words about this and that, what's going wrong and right, allowed or not.
Maybe some missunderstandings here. so please don't bother about my remarks.
I writing here to improve a really good typesetter cms, which I like very much, to make it maybe a little better, because I need it to "work" with in the future for some websites.
So if it's not pleasant here, then I shall stop this discusion.
If the now existing formmail does a fault when refreshing the browser, I have sent a hint here, as @feniweb does.
When "everyone" means that this is normal, then it's a really a pity.
I'm not a developer, designer or programmer, I'm still a USER, who want "only" to work with it.
@knuzen: Your input is welcome and you are right with your point. Re-posting the form upon refreshing the page is not ideal.
Unfortunately there is currently quite a lot of other things to do first to make Typesetter 5 and some plugins run smoothly and stable.
I'm quite confident we well be able to address the issue in the near future.
We just cannot quickly code something like Formmail Generator. Forms are not exactly my expertise, but even if they were, I would estimate at least 60-100 hours of work to put into such a powerful tool, apart from testing and bug fixing.
