Hi,

since some days (my guess is after a Chrome browser update), the sites using OnePageToolkit start to scroll (little by little) after an initial scroll (or after having selected a different section in the menu). It happens only in Chrome (not in edge, explorer, opera, ff). Any one else discovered this strange behaviour? Any ideas on that?

Even the 1PTK site is affected (or did I unfortunatly change a setting in chrome...)

Thanks

CS

Hi CS,

unfortunately I cannot confirm/reproduce the issue in Chrome 56.0.2924.87 (on Windows7).

Which operating system do you use? (edit: since you mention Edge, I assume Win 10, right?)

Can anyone else confirm? URL for testing

edit2/update:
Chrome seems to have some weird scrolling issues on Win10/anniversary + specific hardware + software configurations. Those aren't neccesarily connected to our particular case but it gives a hint that Google is currently fixing or optimizing scrolling related behavior. So, if it only occurs on a specific software+hardware configurations, there are chances that it will only affect a small minority of users and might go away with upcoming updates.

Hi J├╝rgen,

thanks for your fast reply. Yes I am on Win10 with the same chrome version you mentioned above (64-bit).

edit:

now also tested on Win8.1 (Surface 3). Same scrolling here. So this seems to be an chrome issue...

Interesting. Just tested on Win8.1/x64 on my Dell XPS 18 and everything (including touch events + scrolling) works just fine.

Are you possibly using Kaspersky Antivirus on both machines? There are reported issues with Chrome/Kaspersky and scrolling (quite strange but well confirmed)
