if you visit my typesetter site http://www.dvwg.org.uk/ you can see how my site should look. If you go to https://www.dvwg.org.uk, the default font is different and it affects the geometry of the layour. My hosting provider deny that this could possibly be anything to do with server configuration and say it's a CMS issue. Has anyone any ideas why this may happen?
Find the line
<link href='http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Dosis:200,400,600' rel='stylesheet' type='text/css' />
in the theme's template.php and change it to ...
<link href='//fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Dosis:200,400,600' rel='stylesheet' type='text/css' />
FYI: With https the browser refuses to load insecure (non-https) 3rd-party ressources - in this case the Dosis fronts from Google.
Ommitting the protocol in the link href will inherit it from the host.
