Is it possible to turn off the display of the in page edit popup links for menu's. They still don't correctly wrap around my menus plus on the dropdown menu (Artisteer created template) the popup around the menu actually prevents me from clicking on a dropdown menu item.

Sorry you're still having trouble with the styling Jim.

There currently isn't a built in method for hiding the "Edit" links, but you can add some CSS to your theme that would prevent them from displaying.

a.ExtraEditLink{     display:none !important;     }

I'd love to take a look at your themes too, so that I can get a better idea of what isn't working. Can you send me a link via the contact form?

I am only runing local right now. If you give me a mailbox address I can send you a zip file of the theme folder I am using.

I also tried the css you presented and that does eliminate the edit button but not the red box for a menu.

Sorry, thought you only wanted to hide the edit links. You can hide the red boxes with this CSS

div.edit_area_overlay{     display:none !important;     }

A zip file of the theme would be helpful, I'll send an email to the address you used to register in the forum.
