If you have an addon installed that is preventing your site from loading properly, you can disable all add-ons by enabling safe_mode. (as of gpEasy 2.5)

Finding Your Configuration File

gpEasy uses one of two configuration files. The most recent versions of gpEasy use the gpconfig.php file. If you have an older installation of gpEasy, your configuration may still be in the index.php file. Either one will work and the instructions below are the same for both.

Turning Safe Mode On

To turn safe mode on, open your configuration file (see above) in your gpEasy installation and find the following line:

define('gp_safe_mode',false);
Then change it to:
define('gp_safe_mode',true);
