Hello,

I've been working with GP Easy for some time now and i am able to customize it quite nice.

My question is about the automatic CSS forming. The bootswatch themes, which are the nicest if you ask me, all have CSS files located in the data/_cache folder even if you download a new bootswatch theme. While most other themes have a CSS file which is located in the theme folder itself. Why this difference?

Second question, why are there sometimes new CSS files being formed in the data/cache folder, even without updating the version? Which particular action(s) produce a new CSS file?

Is there a way to change this logic for the bootswatch theme and locate the CSS file in the theme folder? Or is that not advisable?

Thanks!

Bootstrap 3 uses LESS language for stylesheets. These are autmatically compiled into css when needed, e.g. if you change the layout.

You must change the style in the theme forlder by using LESS instead of changing the compiled css files.

I see... Thanks for your reply!

I actually never opened these files because dreamweaver did nog recognize them. But with ''open with'' it works.

Can i just make changes and upload the LESS using FTP, just like other files?
