Josh could you also add a custom event

$(document).trigger("section_sorting:loaded");

to manage_sections.js after line 100 ( after gp_editing.CreateTabs(); )

I still have the idea of a section repository in mind that can store complete sections/wrappers+sections including content.
Maybe possible as an addon - would like to try it.
