No, unfortunately that's currently not possible.
I'd also love to have this in a future version, especially for whole nested wrapper structures.
FYI: With Typesetter 5 it's possible to build 'pseudo'-section entries with custom default content programmatically, e.g. for frequently used variants of standard sections. See here.

Is it possible to publish all pages in one click?
Not yet either but I believe this is already on the todo list for the next version.
For now you can goto Page Manager and click through the pages -> Version History and publish drafts there.
A draft icon/indicator will most likely be added to the page list in next version.

I think option to publish all pages at once will be usefull to overcome some rare glitch.
Sometimes I make a small changes in sections on pages and see no Publish link on top. I guess in this case icon indication also will be wrong (unchanged). So such a "forced" command will be an "ultima ratio" to upddate site.
