Am having problems with colorbox. Sometimes in the admin area, the colorbox screens don't appear - refreshing or logging out or in usually works. However, with galleries, they are not appearing (or at least rarely) in the colour box, but the graphics are displayed on the page (top and left) pushing the actual page down.
You can see the problem installation here http://icrchod.net/khomas/Special_Galleries
Whilst I am using a modified template, I don't think this is the problem, as I get the same bug if I am using the One Point Five theme that ships with the standard download.
Any ideas for fixing the issue would be greatly appreciated.
You are using gpEasy 1.7 alpha 4 - that's an alpha version NOT meant for normal use.
I've already reported that bug and it is fixed so the next release will correct the problem.
The temporary fix is:
Thanks for the reply. Yes - I realise this is an alpha: the site is a test site on an unused server to play with... Will wait for the next stable release before setting up the site where it can be found :)
Will use the contact form to report bugs in the future. Sorry, I am not able to be of more help technically - but at least I can give you feedback from an unskilled php user lol
Great work guys.
If you ever want translation - I can do you French :)
You can contact Josh via the contact page here to see if he needs any help with French translations. I'm sure there needs to be documentation in other languages done.
Shouldn't be long now before the beta is out. It should be very stable for a beta release.
You can also install gpEasy on your computer under xampp for testing and even working on your site and then just sync to server. I've put up some gpEasy tutorials you can check out for that. Need to do more with them. . . .but . . . not enough time.
Submit your bug reports to the Bug Tracker. And that's the first place to check to see if a bug has been reported especially when testing non-stable releases. gpEasy certainly could use more users reporting bugs. . . that's one thing everyone can learn to do ;)
