Interesting. Deleting the following files would prevent the error messages.

• /customers/d/0/c/odwserv.de/httpd.www/karatedo/themes/index.html
• /customers/d/0/c/odwserv.de/httpd.www/karatedo/themes/index.html-old-2426
• /customers/d/0/c/odwserv.de/httpd.www/karatedo/themes/index.html-old-2583
• /customers/d/0/c/odwserv.de/httpd.www/karatedo/themes/index.html-old-3725
• /customers/d/0/c/odwserv.de/httpd.www/karatedo/themes/index.html-old-6199
• /customers/d/0/c/odwserv.de/httpd.www/karatedo/themes/index.html-old-8165
• /customers/d/0/c/odwserv.de/httpd.www/karatedo/themes/index.html-old-8930

After deleting the files I just get a shorter error message :)

However the system remains on version 5.0 and didn´t updated to 5.03

Peter, sorry for not getting back to this sooner.

I've just pushed changes to github fixing the two issues you were having (open_basedir warning and the installation not actually updating).

The best bet for getting 5.0.3 is to perform a manual upgrade.
