If you have been spending over an hour like me today pulling what little hair you have left because you cant log in regardless of 'lost password' or replacing the sh1 password in PHP file as per instructions here or replaced with a temporary admin login also as here, try this:

Ensure to remove all FF cache and cookie information; after that you will be able to login!
