After installation of ckeditor 4.6 update on Xampp from the web (without pressing update to 4.62 !) 

is  the present ckeditor under examples grayed out.

Just deinstallation from plugins -> manage helps here.

What happens through the installation - this is my unsolved problem and urgent problem...

It does not help to remove everything except [Admin_Link:Read_first_cke46] from addon.ini

Sorry, I can't reproduce the issue here (although not XMAPP but 2 different local servers). CKEditor Example is fine.

An installation history is stored in

/data/_site/addonData.php

 

Looking at the addonData.php i see a chronic of installations - in my case 0 - 14 entries of ckeditor tries.

After deletion of 14 i installed FA5 for test and then ckeditor - with  same result.

Is this the only file where information about installations is stored ?

Some program must use this information to make ckeditor a bit white and passive....

(Otherwise it may be win10 after my last update) -  though it was a fresh master 5.11b1, where the first installation

functioned and after deinstallation and new installation for test i got this problem.

AFAIK no yes.

Sounds as if FA5 is to blame. Have you tried to uninstall it?

Anything in the JS console?

No it is not FA5 and also not Material icons. Their path is now solved only with the array . Also No Js - errors

What i was looking for is how the installation of ckeditor  alone without pressing update can gray out ckeditor.

It may also be my firefox, who has a conflict with my virus scanners. I made a new installation of firefox 58 portable and it functions at the moment. Before the download was just blocked - i will live with that. It just makes a bit nervous because other users might have the same problems...
