So I've disabled the "use index.php" in options and also followed this guide:

However, when logged in as admin, if I'm at, say, it loads fine. But whenever I click on any of the admin options, I get redirected to . If I manually remove index.php in that URL (making it ) it works just fine.

I need to get rid of /index.php/ for good, because my images and my css in my template are all relative path, so... :)

What version are you using?

1.6 - you can't do it.

1.7 - see permalinks under admin menu

for tutorials on gpEasy 1.7 permalinks, mod_rewrite, etc. . .  see my gpEasy Tutorials page.

fyi. . . 1.7 index.php is in the url for admin pages even when removed from normal web pages.
