I am working on a Bootstrap theme with fixed navbar like: https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.2/examples/navbar-fixed/

I included bootstrap in the template.php with:

 <?php
 common::LoadComponents( 'bootstrap3-js' );
 gpOutput::GetHead();
  ?>

and in the style.css with:

@import '/include/thirdparty/Bootstrap3/css/bootstrap.min.css';

This question may be stupid but I need to know. Is bootstrap.min.js (with this code) and jquery.min.js (automatically) included? The navbar does not work as desired.

I think this part is the problem:

<link href="navbar-fixed-top.css" rel="stylesheet">

The theme "Modern Business" is similar but I can't find this line. Is it correct to add it in the head of template.php like the example in html?

It works now after I copied and modified a part (=> navbar) of the CSS code from the theme Modern Business.
