Hello,

First, I want to say that I find Gpeasy more and more awesome.

Secondly, I've just installed Gpeasy 2.3.3 and also installed directly the Eve theme via the administration/backend.

I've noticed that the files have been installed in the /data/_themes directory, and not in the /themes directory.

I have no problems with that, but as I added some css to fullstyle.css (/data/_themes/py06mds/default/) via ftp, I was wondering how style.css (the minified version) was going to update. So by curiosity I just reloaded the files via ftp and cleaned the navigator cache, and what happened is that the website lost all or part of the "css layout", and style.css that I had also opened to see if changes had occurred "automatically" disappeared (perhaps just because finally I suppressed the theme from the backend).

Do we only have to modify fullstyle.css, and if so how do we have to update the minified version, via the backend?

If I had to install the theme manually for instance, would it be better to install it in /themes or /data/_themes?

Thanks in advance for your answers

I've noticed that the files have been installed in the /data/_themes directory, and not in the /themes directory.

This is primarily because gpEasy will always be able to write to folders within the /data/ directory, but not outside of it.

Do we only have to modify fullstyle.css, and if so how do we have to update the minified version, via the backend?

The fullstyle.css file isn't actually used by gpEasy, but was provided by the theme developer. If you make changes to fullstyle.css and want them to show up in the theme, you'll need copy your changes to style.css.

Note: gpEasy will automatically minify css for you so the you don't need to minify the css before putting it into style.css. I'd just copy the contents from fullstyle.css over to style.css and delete fullstyle.css.
