On more than one occasion I've had a need to rotate and crop an image that has already been uploaded.  It would be great to have some of these featured already implemented so that you don't have to download the image and re-upload.

Thanks. I hadn't added the '/' before the favicon.gif file which was throwing me off.  Simple fix.

What would be the best way to incorporate our site's favicon into our custom theme?  The favicon files are located in the root directory of the site and probably will not be in the theme folders.
