This bootstrap 4 - template uses https://github.com/vadikom/smartmenus-bootstrap-4 for the navigation, which allows deep menulevels and also has mouse hover.
(The bootstrap.min.js is only for effects in the content and can be omitted)

The template functions also with typesetter 5.1 and earlier. ( Only the newest github - master 5.1b1 has modifications for bootstrap4 scss .)

It should be easy to modify the colors.

Version 1.0 updates to Bootstrap 4.31
Version 1.1 updates popper.js to 1.14.7
